We aim to ensure that our website is accurate, however, sometimes errors occur, for which we apologise and will rectify as soon as we are made aware.

We do our best to capture accurately our products in photos but the images can look different on each device. If you require clarification of any detail of our bags, please get in touch.

By submitting an order via credit card you agree that you are authorised to use the designated card or method of payment and authorise us to charge your order (including taxes and freight charges) to that card or payment method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Payment must be made within 24 hours and before shipment.

Notwithstanding weekends and public holidays, shipment will be within 24 hours of payment received.

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase because of flaws in the workmanship, please contact us to arrange return of the bag and a full refund. This may include photographic evidence. The bag must be returned in the state that it was posted. Changes of heart cannot be returned or refunded.

The usual conditions apply with respect to the collection and dissemination of personal information.

We may occasionally engage third parties to analyse our sales data for the purpose of making business decisions. We will only share those details that are permitted by law under the Privacy laws of Australia.

When customers browse our site we will collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times and referring website address. This collected data is used by Bally Mountain Creations for the purpose of understanding visitor traffic, trends and delivery of future content while you are at this site.
